So what is Equity Release?

The main advantages of such an equity release loan are that;- you continue to live in the property for as long as you want; you don’t have to move simply to raise some much needed capital; and with most schemes we offer, you will never have to make any monthly repayments.

Equity release products involve borrowing against or selling part of your home. There may be more suitable methods of raising the funds you need.

Equity release schemes may work out more expensive in the long term than downsizing to a smaller property.

Equity Release can affect eligibility for state benefits and grants.
